		<description>I very much agree competitors put other competitors out of business by simply clicking on competitors add. I would also say it's a priority for competitors to monitor other competitors ad words so they can control position and price.

It is not difficult to realize when, for example, a cost of $10.00 per click, witch is not uncommon to pay, how quick you can go bust or simply not be able to afford to continue advertising when you don't generate sufficient lead ratios. Competitors know they can cost you a lot of money by simply clicking on your ad. 

I appreciate the advice on how to cut down on fraud but I don't see any recourse to dispute or get a refund from fraudulent clicks. If dispute is valid a refund from search engine should be made a policy with terms and conditions. Nothing is unacceptable. Search engines should cancel service and prosecute when evidence shows fraud. Refunds will motivate search engines to enforce.

Disclosing click fraud is a crime and punishable with cancellation of service to include criminal would greatly reduce fraud.</description>
